Manufacturer-specific families, parametric Magic-Box builds, catalog migrations from CAD blocks. We build to your standards — shared parameters, real connectors, and documentation.
Common requests
- Manufacturer-specific content. Real product families with the right shapes, the right connectors, and parameters that match the manufacturer's spec sheet.
- Parametric mechanical equipment. Magic-Box and Magic-RTU style families that adapt to type without a re-model. Includes proper duct/pipe connectors and clearance zones.
- Catalog migration from CAD. You've got an AutoCAD block library and need it as native Revit families. We translate the geometry, add real connectors, and ship it back tagged and parameterized.
- Custom tags and annotations. Tag families that match your title-block standards, work for the disciplines you care about, and don't break in worksharing.

Spec call
Send the spec sheet, a sample drawing, and we'll talk about parameters, connectors, and edge cases.

Quote
Per-family or per-batch flat fee. Edge cases get called out before work starts so there are no surprises.

Build & review
First family ships within 5 business days for review. Once you sign off on the pattern, the rest of the batch follows.

Handoff
Source RFA files, parameter documentation, and a short notes doc on usage. Maintenance is on you, but we're available.
