Services / Production modeling
We model your Revit project.
Drawings out the door without staffing up. Senior engineers, no offshoring, flat-fee quotes. Plug RevX engineers into your project, keep the deadline.
When firms hire us for modeling
- Bid you'd otherwise pass on. A Revit-required project lands and you don't have the seats. We carry the model, your engineers carry the design.
- Surge capacity. A long-running project hits a deliverable cliff. We add 1–3 modelers for the duration of the push, then peel off cleanly.
- Steady-state staffing. You'd rather buy modeler hours than hire and manage them. Long-term arrangements with a rate card, monthly invoicing.
- As-builts and existing-conditions models. Bring point clouds or PDFs, leave with a working Revit model that downstream design teams can use.
What working with us looks like
- 1
Discovery
A 30-minute call. Share the scope, the deadline, and the existing model (or the lack of one).
- 2
Pilot
A short, fixed-fee chunk — usually one floor or one discipline — so you can evaluate the working relationship before committing.
- 3
Steady cadence
Weekly checkpoint, shared model on ACC, written progress notes. You're never wondering what we're doing.
- 4
Handoff
Source files, view templates, and a short walk-through so your team owns what we built.
From clients
What modeling clients say
By standardizing our families and project setup, they made Revit the path of least resistance.
Elizabeth Badr, PE
Project Engineer · ABS Engineering
We had tried Revit before but kept going back to AutoCAD because it felt easier and less overwhelming.
Les Saunders, PE
Owner · S&S Engineering
I joked right then that I’d take everyone out to lunch because of the hours of manual scheduling that just disappeared.
