Okay. In this video, I'm gonna show how to justify duct. So I'm gonna type d t to start drawing some duct. Gonna change it to rectangular. And then before I even start drawing well, let me make this, like, 18 inches wide so you can see what I'm doing. I'm gonna click the justification button, and I'm gonna say horizontal justification. I'm gonna change that to left. Gonna hit okay, And I can start drawing. And you notice where it's drawing from? I'm I'm drawing from that sort of left end of it.

So I'll click, and then I'll change the width to 10 inches, and you can see what it's doing there. Okay. So that's how to draw a duct justified. Bear in mind, it it's gonna keep that on. So if you wanna go back to center, you know, you have to go in here and change it to center.

So let's say so that's how to draw a duct justified, in the first place. Let's say that you've got some duct that's already been modeled with a center justification, and you wanna justify it. So we've got something like this. And then you transition down to 12 inches, and then let's add another one. There's slicing there.

This is now six. Okay. So you've got this center justified duct, and you wanna convert it to justified. Select the whole select the bit of duct that you want to justify. Come up to the justify button again, and it kinda brings you into this mode with some options.

Just mouse over these, and they'll tell you what's up. So this is kinda like you're if you're looking at the duct, I think, with the well, if you're just looking at the duct and then watch the arrow here. So if I change this over here where it says alignment middle left, because if the arrow moved down there, that's not actually where I wanted. I want on the other side, top justified. Going up and down here, that's gonna be, like, top justified or bottom justified. Anyways, pick it where you want it, and then hit finish, and it will justify that duct for you. So that's how to justify duct.
