Hi. Welcome to the Rev X mechanical production course. I'm Tyler Disney, and I will be your guide. The way we've got this set up is we've made a small building that we can use as a kind of sandbox to work on mechanical production skills in Revit. So whether you're new to Revit or just to the Rev X system, this is gonna be a good way to get familiar with the tools and the workflows and the processes, how we've got everything set up.
So each course is going to be a different topic where you can learn how to do airside, where you can learn how to bring in mechanical equipment, do piping, views, sheets, annotations, etcetera. If you just want to get the highlights and get the gist for things, can just watch the projects videos where I walk through and I actually do the work in Revit. Each module though has supplemental videos if you want to do a deep dive on things like how to edit tags or how to modify equipment. You can also watch those later when they come up in your workflow. This whole course is set up to take about a week if you were to spend one to two hours a day on it or about a full day if you were to try to get it done all at once.
That's gonna vary quite a bit based on how familiar you already are with the Revit environment. So with that being said, let's get to it.
